Beach Gossip

Another Great Yelp Review!

If you want to experience young Cali living, this is the spot. The bar is right on the beach overlooking the ocean. You literally lay out, surf, boogie board or whatever you do on the beach walkover grab a bite and drink then in a few steps you're back on the sand and water. During the summer expect a line to get in. Shoulder to shoulder room and a drink getting spilled on you. The DJ that spins is awesome and occasionally have spotted a few Charger players hanging out during summer. Fist pump!

Another Great Yelp Review!

A friend and I had just finished having brunch nearby and decided to cruise PB and find a place to watch the SDSU v New Mexico game. seeing that spring was about to heat up, it was St. Patrick's day weekend, and not a cloud in the sky, we definitely picked a good place to stop for drinks and the game. Shore Club's ambience was definitely on point - the open windows overlook the beach and there was an electric and festive air about this place. the weather was mid 80s, people were everywhere (more than a handful of people dressed in green). music blaring through the speakers, flatscreen TVs everywhere,...

Follow the hype on Yelp

Biggest reason for my 5 star rating: THIS PLACE LITERALLY HAS THE MOST DELICIOUS LOBSTER TACOS I HAVE EVER HAD. EVER. OH MY GOD. The Fat Fish around the corner comes in a close 2nd but the PB Shore Club ones are 100% MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH GOODNESS *salivates* :Q... Also the servers are so helpful and friendly and mine (can't remember her name but she was a cute blonde beachy type chica) gave me a crazy recommendation: oyster shooter with hot sauce and booze and insanity! And I totally did it and it was somehow kinda good and I thought it'd be disgusting. It was an experience definitely ;) Also there...

ESPN features PB Shore Club as Best NAVY Bar

My favorite sports bar is the Pacific Beach Shore Club (PBSC) in San Diego, CA. It is 2700 miles from Annapolis, MD, but you wouldn't be able to tell come Saturday when it's time for the Navy to play! The alumni in the area, and there are plenty with the 2nd largest Naval Base a few miles south and the 2nd largest Marine Base 30 miles to the North, come out to fully support every week and it's a packed house. We show up, catch up, and celebrate every single first down with chants and cheers from our Academy days, wear our old uniforms in ridiculous ways, and stay to watch not just that game...

Pacific Beach Shore Club is San Diego’s Best Oceanfront Bar Where Sunsets Are Served Daily

Locals come here for the best ocean view in Pacific Beach with two full bars, 21 TVs, 20 beers on tap, awesome service, friendly people, sunsets served daily and killer food. In 2009 they won “best fish taco” in Pacific Beach over a huge field including Rubio’s original fish taco at the Pacific Beach Beach Fest. So slide into a roomy booth or grab a window seat and enjoy the fun-filled atmosphere of happy, laughing people. For starters the fresh-tasting ceviche is to die for. And their mouthwatering Southern California fries topped with melted cheeses, sour cream and guacamole are fabulous!...
